Precision Bass [Item #6506] [Build 1956]

Very nice-playing vintage bass with a V-shaped, one-piece maple neck.

• Neck dated 10-56
• Pickup dated 1970, pots dated 1976
• Body refinished in Olympic White
• Refretted with jumbo frets and neck completely oversprayed
• The bass may have previously had a different pickup configuration. Some cracks in the finish suggest that wood had been inserted into the body before the refinish, presumably to convert it back to the standard single-coil configuration. Pickguard is non orig.
• Comes with an original 1988 invoice stating former owner Bob Daisley (Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Chicken Shack, Gary Moore, etc.)
• Comes with a new gig bag

A very interesting vintage instrument with a great playing feel, plenty of history, and a particularly intriguing connection to Bob Daisley.
